Hmmm, I think Mystery Meat's interpretation of events was a bit more accurate. I mean both stories probably have elements of truth. But take it from someone who was actually there, not that anyone on here ever pays attention to what the employees think, but Smith most certainly did give Global Stock in exchange for money, and then dumped millions of shares into the market diluting Global out. There are several witnesses to that event. As I've said before...I'm sure everyone in the Briner gang is guilty of something....if they were solid business-folk why would they do business with Smith? But the WHA and Smith are far far far from innocent parties.
