FACT: Briner was the finance guy for Smith and used illegal Texas 504s with a non existant company accompanied by illegal opinion letters to illegally free up stock.

FACT: He defrauded the courts by suing WHKA under the Nexus Asset Holdings banner and even tried to change the styling of the suit.

FACT: His lawyer was part of the fraud.

They should all be in jail.
