No. That is not what happened. Global/Briner/"Nexus Asset Holdings, LLC" (a company that did not exist) sued Smith and WHKA.

Smith/WHKA would have easily won especially since Briner pulled a fraud on the court by suing under the fraudulent Nexus Asset Holdings Banner. It would have been discovered that illegal Texas 504s were conjured up by Briner and that fraudulent opinion letters written by a preacher in Texas were used to free up the stock Briner and his partners in fraud sold. Problem is that Smith is a retarded monkey and never paid his lawyer in Nevada and the lawyer stepped down.

BRINER AND THE GANG OF GOONS WON BY DEFAULT. BUT THE STORY IS FAR FROM OVER.

The court wants to hear from the shareholders. Everyone should eventually be notified and can respond to the court concerning any proposed settlement.

Thank You Mystery

We spoke to a friendly Lady Wendy Sims today at the Federal court in Nevada. She said the following.

The Judgement was for damages interest and principle. And a scale of Legal fees.

The Judgement was jointly and severally against Rick Smith , Peter Young and Robert Bobby Hull as individuals.

She mentioned that all subpoena'd docs like evidence used during court would be posted on the internet eventually probably by the trustee. Including but not limited to transfer agent requests and orders. Also the trustee would likely have to report on activity in all the bank accounts used during the periods in question. This of particular interest to me as I believe the money we paid for my son to play was not used towards the league.
