Global lent RS some money in eschange for some stock. Then RS went and pulled a fast one on them by dumping a couple hundred million shares. Global was going to issue some of their WHKA stock as a dividend to the shareholders of their flacky companies.
My guess is that Global will see very little, if any of that judgement.
