Thanks Richie for the update.

Which manufacturer are we talking about : Artech, the original german supplier ? Are they the one who will be supplying the new up to specs equipment ? If not who will be ?
If I recall correctly the relationship with Artech stopped abruptly and doesn't seem to be on anymore.

This explains part of the problem, for which the company cannot produce the kind of grind required for the Maylaisian mystery process ( I would bet it is the Green Rubber Technology under license) and this causes delays.

The guy who bought this equipment worth many million dollars ( I suppose ) and did not bother inspecting them before shipment, know nothing about operating a manufacturing business. The main shareholder took care of buying the equipment if I recall correclty, as a consultant....and the company still pays him....

Then Mak seems to confirm the worse, the company can't pay for 3 shifts of production. Which leads to the following questions, will the current shareholders inject $ so that production is ramped up, OR , as another poster indicated, is it that the current contract with NSS isn't holding anymore. Mak you seem to be in God's secrets, what is the situation ?

Thanks

Re:<"So in the interest of getting more factual, because that is what this board is for: ...from what I am able to piece together from longs and management combined, is the original nugget machinery received was not producing the right size of granulate Magnum had ordered for many months ago. You having been in business 25 years yourself; I think could appreciate this is possible, and yes equally confounding nevertheless far short of absurd as you allude too.">

I strongly disagree. That is absolutely absurd. Let me guess, the company is trying that story out to see if anyone will buy it.

Now imagine the long string of farcical events that would have had to happen for a mistake like that. Who's fault would that have been? Haven't they been working on getting a machine operating for roughly two years? You have got to be kidding me. Here, how about an "LOL!"

Let's assume in this three stooges universe that did actually happen. There are any number of other companies which chip tires to any size of fragments needed. Given the low margins in the tire chipping business, the market price isn't too far above cost (all costs...equipment & other capital, operating, etc...) Why would Magnum spend money so they can produce a product for market price when they could buy it from someone else at roughly what it costs them? If they have a unique post-processing technology which supposedly is valuable then why don't they invest money there and buy those fragments from someone else for the starting point?

I'll tell you right now, either Magnum insiders are absolutely stupid or they're swindlers. I'd bet my bottom dollar that it's the latter.

So what do you say, Richieboy? Messiestobjects says what you say is fake. I think that means untrue or fictitious. Is Messiestobjects wrong, did you "piece it together" incorrectly or what?. You've been pretty sketchy on the details.

I would contact them myself but, you know, they won't talk to me. Since insiders read this board, they could clear up any confusion by posting but, you know, they don't want to. Our best hope is that you'll regale us with some clarification.
