Which manufacturer are we talking about : Artech, the original german supplier ? Are they the one who will be supplying the new up to specs equipment ? If not who will be ?
If I recall correctly the relationship with Artech stopped abruptly and doesn't seem to be on anymore.

This explains part of the problem, for which the company cannot produce the kind of grind required for the Maylaisian mystery process ( I would bet it is the Green Rubber Technology under license) and this causes delays.

The guy who bought this equipment worth many million dollars ( I suppose ) and did not bother inspecting them before shipment, know nothing about operating a manufacturing business. The main shareholder took care of buying the equipment if I recall correclty, as a consultant....and the company still pays him....

Then Mak seems to confirm the worse, the company can't pay for 3 shifts of production. Which leads to the following questions, will the current shareholders inject $ so that production is ramped up, OR , as another poster indicated, is it that the current contract with NSS isn't holding anymore. Mak you seem to be in God's secrets, what is the situation ?
