the MMS short and they can do what they want basically. They control the trades and make the market for the stock.

the no uptick rule messed it all up for big boards and im sure otcs too.. they have ta get rid of this rule soon and will imo..will make it so mms have ta chase the ask ta cover again like they sposed to in the first place!)
