Called the hosting company for the chat software...

They said there is an issue with nearly everyone trying to access via AOL...

So there ya go! I'll keep you guys updated on it. This stuff isn't in our control, as it's outsourced. But it's clear that we need to take it into our hands. Will definitely do within a month.
