yes, the revenue projections in his budget are very optimistic. If the economy doesn't recover as rapidly as he expects the deficit will rise significantly above his projected deficit. I also wonder if the taxable earnings in the $250,000 and up taxpayers has actually fallen. It's a certainty that dividends, interest, and capital gains will be less.

When you make the comment regarding "fair", how do you measure it?

The lower and middle class are suffering/struggling at the expense of the rich. That's how I measure it. I see what's around me. It's really rather an easy and simple way to measure it.
