OS numbers seem different than last PR..but AS numbers are also different since last time i check DE-SOS...

I wonder if SPNG is dumping more than its authorized limit of shares into the market, it wouldn't be the first time something like that has happend in a OTCBB/pinkies stock.

If the share count you posted is true, SPNG is tapped out of authorized shares...

That would make sense to me... The O/S is now maxed out so they can't dilute further..

Notice how LOW the volume has been today???

You have bad information with reference to the shares authorized and issued and outstanding. Here are the real numbers. Please look at the last 10 Q for six months ending November 30, 2008 as filed with the SEC which reflects 943,039,315 shares issued and outstanding. In addition, there is 1,000,000,000 shares authorized. As of now there are approximately 700,000,000 shares issued and outstanding as per the transfer agent for the company. I believe your should get your facts correct

so the a/s and o/s did go up explains everything now there is no nss only manipulating going on is the print presses.when will i ever learn.wow gambled and lost money that could of paid rent or car payment.i'm out of the market for good between all the r/s's and etrades nickle and dimeing me i cant afford this gambling habit i will stick to the casino's at least there they have rules they have to follow.
