That would make sense to me... The O/S is now maxed out so they can't dilute further..

Notice how LOW the volume has been today???



1 of 2 things will occur now.. The price finally goes up since there are NO more shares to sell OR they raise the AS so they can dump more..

IF they keep the AS where it is this stock will finally move up..
