Ketch, I would think that if JL was going to let go, he would have done it a long time ago. Why would he put himself and others through the hassles if he really didn't have a plan. I can only hope I am right.

Actually Ketch I don't think there ever was a "goal" as far as shareholder values are concerned.

Your statement: "The very same goal that took this penny stock to more than $5.00/share" is really invalid as that's not what took the shareprice to that level. It was the now infamous Internafta scam that took the shareprice that high.

I feel that we are now in the downward spiral and will quickly achieve the sub-penny range. I knew when it began falling past the nickel level it'd go fast and not stop. Pagan was right on the TA board. Until this company comes out from under all the judgements, bad debt, SEC crap, and even when that occurs..start actually producing something or procure massive funding there's no direction to go but down. Sanswire can survive as a public entity at .0003 just as easily as it can at .03 there's plenty of 'em out there. If the SEC doesn't shut them down (I'm flopping back and forth on my opinion of that) that's what IMO we'll be looking at. In the end survival is not the key issue here, it's shareholder value which is zip at this time even as "risky" or "speculative".
