I think YA and NO on it. I think NO on it due to watched it PM and then put in pick but also think YA cause the rules does say got to be in by 8AM Monday.

I think maybe next time should change rules to got to have pick in before 630AM central time or whenever premarket starts

I vote yes. The rules were followed to the letter.

One of the drawbacks of options contests are the time lapse involved from Friday close to Monday open and the value the options can change each Monday due to news, events, etc.
BTW my call pick was up PM too and it ended red. Also, we are playing short term scalps on instruments that typically take longer than a week to play out.

All in all, the contest has shown some tremendous movers for us to play, and that's what is really important.
