You have got to understand that Barry is one of those people who takes a company public, and then he thinks that the stockholder money that he got is his, and that if you demand anything of him, you are effing (you know what I mean)(also know as zwebnerization) him as if it were his money you are messing with.
And then, there are some investors who think that they deserve the pain.
Well, there are also some investors who do not like to be taken advantage of, and do not take it lightly. I suspec t that this is all that is going on here. Mark got wind of what is going on, and decided that he is not going to take it.
Barry can consider himself lucky that it was Mark 'cause if it were someone like me with that kind of money invested, he would have been treated in kind. I am a firm believer in a thousand eyes for an eye.
