Otherwise if he will get into financials, payments, contracts etc he will loose all the efford and money on NOT FUNCTIONING PRODUCT. It will cause him dearly.
Website MUST BE JUST LIKE HULU in order to attract the investors and bring revenues.
Proffesional Programmers must be employed and working 24hrs around the clock -uploading all improvements to the Web Site Daily, so the look can match HULU and Netflix, CNN and CBS
The biggest mistake and fault of Barry....he never wanted to improve the Website. He had no clue how it suppose to look, neither he wanted to spent money on developers.
The RT website now is just a DRAFT, unfinished, under construction skeleton. The reason for it that Barry had no Technical Resources to make any better. He hired Ciprus Consulting company to make the site, they failed, then he tried in-house/home made resource Jim/Jeff he failed too. Eventually nobody is working seriousely on it for almost 2 years (except Rhustang)In the mean time technology changed, java is hot, new graphs, new structures, new looks.
Hulu has 35 developers/programmers working on their site and they are all bussy. They have departments of people.
How many developers Mark can afford to put on the job ??? Barry had 1 and 1/2.
What happened to other Mark the billioner investor -did he went bancrupt ??? In order to finance this company you will need deep packet or just a GOOD ALLIANCE with Indian Company that would provide the programmers with contract.
The problem with new Mark I see is that he is not Technical again. The hope is though that he could understand the IMPORTANCE of THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT he HAS. IT is the REELTIME.COM website. Even as a none-technical person he can compare it with HULU and make sure that programmers are employed and constantly working on the site -making it just LIKE HULU.
If he wastes his time and efford on anything else, he will fail.
