If I may ask Painter what did you get in at? I'm holding a few shares from .12. as to when are we going to hear something I'm begining to lose faith though I will hold what I have till it either goes ballistic or it just fades away. Mangements inability to file a simple report just doesnt bode well for them being able to close any deals. Who wants to do buisness with people who don't come through, espcially when seimens can or wil be able to shortly, do basically the same thing.

I agree. I think with the other ventures Scott Ervin is currently in, he has put nnos to the side or left it in the hands of others.

If management cared enough about this company and the share holders a post or filing would be done already. If the current excuse as it is "We are waiting on the Auditors" is true, fire the incompetent SOB's!!!!!!!!

Juan F (Investor Relations) says he doesn't know what they are doing or why the delay either. I call daily to see what's happening and every day it is the same thing. ("I hope they file today, but I have no indication or concrete statement from Scott or the Auditors."). Like usual I will call again today and hope for filing, because even the good PR's get us nothing, we need the filing done.
