That is WRONG information you are spreading.

1. SNSR is repsonsible for every bit of debt that GTEM took on.

2. SNSR is responsible for every lawsuit that GTEM had against it.

3. SNSR is GTEM. IT IS THE SAME COMPANY...there was no bankruptcy...there was no severing of ANY relationship.

Simply a name change.

As much as you'd like to believe otherwise.....they are the same.
