not to mention: " we only want to do it once, very time consuming." That comment is the kiss of death for me. That is his JOB! If it is better for shareholders and company, He should authorize shares once a month if he has to. Poor management structure for long term and pretty much wiping out any short term benefit for shareholders. Very disappointing...but if you think stems will rise the whole boat, you cant go wrong. Some one hit it right on this board when they made the observation that this company plans on this POS as a cash cow sub penny for themselves for quite sometime. From past experience 'The Vote' is usually a done deal at this point. GL IMO
