Nicmar, IMO IDCC is no different today than it was right after the Samsung settlement.
IMO the shorts have had their way for ever and continue to do what they want when they want.
As we know the short interest increased a million shares a few weeks ago so that was the signal the hit was coming.
It's sad but I can't figure out how we as investors or the company can prevent these attacks or manipulations of our shares?
Qualcomm also went through the same thing when they were growing up. I remember an article stating when the shorts attacked Qualcomm the institutions jumped in and bought shares.
I have personal friend who was a IDCC investor and shorted QCOM and played a round of golf and when he finished he had to sell a property to settle his short.
CNBC over the past few weeks has had many guests who recommend buying companies who have cash and no dept and IDCC fits that.
IMO we need new coverage to get the word out and there's billions out there and IDCC will at some time figure a way to do it, I hope.
