Looking back in history, I estimate that about 50,000,000 shares have been bought at between 2 and 3 cents since mid-February. I would assume that these shares are probably not being offered these days.
On the otherhand, many more shares were bought in the 1 penny range and I assume that some holders are happy to sell them in the 1.5 to 2 penny range, most of them hoping to buy them back at lower prices in the future (current bid is at 1.5)... if they become available.
I conclude that supply is less important than it was some months ago (those having recently bought at 2 and 3 cents should keep them at least till they can cash in a profit). Therefore I suspect volume will be created again whenever the demand comes from buyers prepared to offer a better PPS (current ask is at 1.9.
All of that, assuming that O/S is stable and company keeps releasing only good news. At some point in time we will also have to go thru manipulations enginneered by MM's...
