Looking back in history, I estimate that about 50,000,000 shares have been bought at between 2 and 3 cents since mid-February. I would assume that these shares are probably not being offered these days.

On the otherhand, many more shares were bought in the 1 penny range and I assume that many are happy to sell them in the 1.5 to 2 penny range, most of them hoping to buy them back at lower prices in the future.
