#5352 RE: krays #5342

Krays, only a thought, but...

Thanks for sharing as your thoughts are appreciated here about CINT.

With the SC-13G/A filed by David Stefansky, I'm guessing that block was checked because the share structure has increased since 2006 which would have made his original position to be less than 5% of the OS. His 7.35% ownership from the 461,726 shares he filed to have owned in 2006 would have made the OS to be 6,281,986 shares. I know that 6,281,986 shares is not the OS because the CINT CEO recently told me that the OS is currently 240 million shares and the restricted shares are 104 million shares.

With the SC-13G/A filed by Richard Rosenblum, that block is not checked. It could mean a couple different things of which both would be good, but I will call the company tomorrow and ask a few questions about these filings and see what they tell me. I do think that both David Stefansky and Richard Rosenblum still own shares in CINT.

Still, with or without those filings, I am expecting major things to transpire here with CINT. I think some kind of major audit of their financials is being done for some major reasons or these guys would not have ever been bothered to file. Their fillings are being updated and audited in my opinion.
