Jane, I think you are full of it, giving people false hope. You and your legal team are not going to do anything. These people are professional and they stay just below the radar to pull these type of scam.
There are lot people who have lost lot of money so far with this NSOL crap.
Do not give the board false hope with you legal team and you daughte part of it.
