I learned one very important thing about these "financial" folks. They don't know more than I know. What's scary is that they may know a heck of a lot less. I can't believe that idiot Krantz had the nerve to write that article. Who in their right mind wouldn't pay off a mortgage if they had all or the vast majority of the cash availiable. Geesh.
