doesnt make any sense, BAC tender offer? there's no tender offer for BAC, nor reorg, that person needs to let scottrade know theyve screwed up somewhere.

Well I really doubt anyone is going to be able to afford to buy BAC. I mean think about it who is left that could? :)

And dont forget they just bought Merrill as well.

Now a reorg is more plausible, but not good in imo.

i thought BAC getting some of the bailout from the govt. was a good thing now we are hearing it's stock is part of a non-mandatory reorganization or tender offer,doesnt sound pretty imo
