The Definitive Agreement is THE Agreement between the parties.

You want to pick and choose which clauses you want to believe?

If that is that case .... why pay any attention to the Definitive Agreement at all???

After all ... IR says different.

This is Jones' 41st year of business, and
they are "DOWNSIZING"...reduced employees
from 130 to 70...reduced facilities sq footage
by half...and I will guess revenues are down
a bit too. I'm just guessing in the $6-7 mil
range. Don't know about their debts, but
hopefully we'll see audited financials at some
point.
