This is great everytime a penny stock gets a little action the companies either dump shares or dilute the hell out of it. Ill bet they control over 50% of the AS so asking for a vote is just a formality.

long short whatever. All relative. Hows your 401K? Read the news: Issuance up for vote. No validation. No one's gonna give you a silver lined answer nor will the company. Do you think this stuff is about transparency? Wrong game.
There has been some great thoughts posted about the potential issuance. I think we've come as close as your gonna get. The rest is bull. IMHO LOL longs.
