Look1, Good question. I don't know. It seems like cheating not to recalculate those preferred shares according to the same RS formula as everything else. But, as has been said, its a dog eat dog world, and you never know. For my part, I would he happy to be in a position to really find out. If we all win this thing, but there are shennaningans that dilute common stock, beyond actions taken that may be required to keep the Co. solvent, then I would definitely support a class action suit. For now I think we have to keep researching and see how it plays out.
