Ben My main question did not get a good answer. It was The Preferred shares will they get a R/S on how many they can get it they convert after our R/S as I read it if they convert now they would get a conversion of $0.05 preferreds are $1000.00 = 20,000 per preferred X 1500 preferreds = 30,000,000 shares if they get this amount after the R/S it would really suck for us stock holders at 3,000,000 shares. In Oct. the amount they would conver to would go up or down depend on the price of Soloman stock. I tried to find the Prospertus in Egar SEC to read it over it would be in their how many they would get in a R/S could not find it their maybe some one else can find it. or it might not be restared just a private placement. I used soloman web email as I dont use mine left my Tel # but did not hear from them I don't read my email as I have 32,000 unread mail tried to fix it in the mean time my PC crahed now have got an older model. Plan on sending them a regular U.S. mail. So we can expect 30,000,000 more o/s if we have a good out come on Toyota. You see their A/S is going down fast.
