Foam, not sure why there have been no replies to this, it's a must read given recent discussions, and should get a sticky.

Foam-Great find! Here's how I read what I consider to be the critical passage in that piece.

"A next step for the MTM is that it will be available for many new mobile applications, many of which have been waiting for standardized hardware security to be available through multiple platforms around the world. That will finally open a new era in the mobile applications and services industry for handheld devices such as smart phones, mobile phones and PDAs."

Please note that the "next step" is not the completion of the MTM. That step is complete. Done. Finished. Kaput. The MTM has reach the point where it is "available for many new mobile applications." Hey guess what? Maybe, just maybe, a few of those trusted applications are currently "available". And yea maybe some of those trusted applications will be introduced by Dell in the coming weeks.

The MTM is ready for trusted applications! Does anyone doubt it?
