Just a guess , Moshe , but MM's conducted a few trades at .003 earlier in the day . Maybe the MM held off from reporting those trades until closing with a clear purpose to artificially paint the tape red .
MM's can do whatever they want .
Of course , it is also possible someone bailed , but a seller could have sold earlier for ~ .0034 . So , maybe the seller sacrificed a few shares on purpose in the hopes of starting a downtrend today . If indeed there is a deeper pocket investor in GRDO then they would have the money influence to do so .
Either way , the red close appears contrived .
