Simple answer, because they don't care. Do you really think they are calling around various brokers and ask them "hey guys did you already change the symbol of our company"? They would need to call 20 different brokers. Not very likely. As you well know there are several brokers already who allow trading like normal.
And don't forget you can buy, just not sell with some. They would like to bring out a pr while people can only buy. In general, they don't care or did you gain the impression that these guys care about the shareholders over at SPZI and up until now at 141? Sorry but this is fantasy land in my opinion.
