I agree with you halfway. They probably do not care about the state of shares in various brokerages. But I do believe the preferred shares offer was shareholder oriented. Otherwise they simply would have done a R/S. Give credit where credit is due. Plenty of room for criticism but lets look for the good and proclaim it when found. It is not a black and white situation. This pink is grey. LOL

Wrong! I can sell just fine thank you very much. You would know this if you were a shareholder that called your broker like some of us have already.
