Ben, right on.

I assume they need more money to reach BE while expanding their business. If we look at the AS and the count of shares issued in the last 3 months (8oM) you'll see that in 3 month there are no more shares autorized. If the RS was only to be able to dilute more, they could change the AS immediately and go on.
So my guess is, the want to become a real company and therefore have to adjust the SP and their share structure. While I doubt a float of lets say 5M in June will be sufficient to handle the demand, I think there is something behind this. (BOD could refrain from doing the RS)
Well, like Kitty, I'll be on the bid today and in the future...
