Common sense would suggest that only a company with no interest in remaining on friendly terms with its common shareholders would *not* correspondingly adjust the warrants. Somehow I don't think that is SOLM, so I bet you are right. Still, the company *should* make that clear in its PRs if that is it's intention. But there's a difference between failing to clarify something like that and intentionally screwing your shareholders. If something tangible and big is looming, then those insiders will have so much money that it would hardly make sense for them to incur the ill will of stockholders just to grab more.
