"As of January 21, 2009, the Company's name for trading purposes was changed to 141 Capital, Inc. and its trading symbol was changed to OFON." What are you talking about in December 2007? Can't they assume a dead entity's symbol?

It did not do a reverse split in Dec 07, it did a 50/1 forward split.

I should know, I was a shareolder back then.
