Well that's strange, .I plug in XXIS and the display returns OFON.
This usually means (by TRADE), that there was a Name Change.
You and I both know, according to track record, that means there was an R/S.
**It is correct to state that not ALL companies have Name Changes due to R/S.
Ticker Symbol; ARCTIC OIL & GAS CORP (NASDAQ Other OTC: AOAG), is a prime example.
They’re getting a name change but are NOT doing an R/S.
However, OFON, DID DO an R/S.. Date and time clearly shown below!

Then sometime Mid 2008 they went quietly into Cyberspace.
then "SUDDENLY" as it seems, their TICKER started ticking and BOOM! we're hit PR’s and all and now here we are..
