If that's legit... you just made my night with that tidbit of info.

There was a reason WMI was using the courts to block the destruction of information and documents. As I read somewhere else, looks like they may have just redacted everything with black sharpie so it exists, but the details are lost.

If TPG got their hands on a copy of 3.1a, I'd pay to be a fly on the wall when the Judge is handed a copy for her perusal. I'd love to see a Judge Judy moment.

'lost 3.1a article of the fdic contract. the fdic conveniently deleted this when they didnt like what they actually stole or didnt think they stole enough. tpg sent a copy of the contract with the original 3.1a to wmi. so it did exist and the fdic was not fast enough to hit delete on their website before tpg got their copy. wamu is golden. and so are we!!! jmo."
