also i read on yahoo board that tpg had a copy of the
'lost 3.1a article of the fdic contract. the fdic conveniently deleted this when they didnt like what they actually stole or didnt think they stole enough. tpg sent a copy of the contract with the original 3.1a to wmi. so it did exist and the fdic was not fast enough to hit delete on their website before tpg got their copy. wamu is golden. and so are we!!! jmo.
