It's probably a good idea to get rid of Barton as many users have got used to its charms and you want them on K8 sooner rather than later but still you have to be sensible about it. To go from a situation where the XP slaughters the Northwood Celeron to give and take is too much of a shock especially as the Prescott Celeron will o/c potentially to 3.6-3.8 Ghz where it performs like a 3.0 P4E. I can see a bigger debacle looming than the 3000+/3200+ ratings decision :-(.
