That to me is ridiculous. What did he have a buy on us for a whole 2 weeks. We are still 20% under his target of 39. We need him like we need a whole in are heads.

TC used the forward PE and future estimated eps to come up with the $39 target price; the target price is for one-year target (end of 2009).

Many analysts will downgrade the stock if the price got ahead of itself; it’s a valuation thing for their clients.
