hey juk..i think your right...i was sitting back wondering about the 2 trill....what if they did that for a "just in case" type situation....obviously we are not close to 2 trillion outstanding.....maybe this was on the back burner andnow that certain things came through they can go forward? I know this is a long shot..but just maybe!!! I think thursday will tell us a little more about this....i just want a slight run.....before Christmas!
