1.7 Trillion percent now this Company is run with out direction, no follow thru on anything mentioned in previous PR's. Ass backwards approaches. Would it NOT make more sense to have the JV purchase prior? to purchasing shares that are to be cancelled? When 1.7 trillion shares hang above a stock waiting to be dumped at a moments notice, purchase all you want and cancell, but unless your buying 1.9 trillion shares and cancelling them, thus leaving 100 billion then it will NEVER do anything. just more HuntDouble-speak with no rhyme nor reason. Can they NOT do something in correct and orderly fashion?

As announced, the JV cannot and will not purchase any shares of your Company's Common Stock in the market, for ethical reasons, and not until the Corporate web site goes "live" and the appointment of the new IR Firm is announced, this being on Monday December 1, 2008. OVER TWO MONTHS AGO and it is NEVER mentioned again, No updates of why a website is not up? WELL Mike maybe if you never mention it will just go away? Where did you learn to be a CEO? Do you think that ALL shareholders have amnesia and do not remember PR's? rediculous./
