"A better link" than the USPTO site ? lol

Look, with all due respect, I'll end this torture of illogical defense of yours, just do not defend indefensible positions, it only renders the balance of any other remarks you say suspicious and dismissive.

The facts are the PTO's statistics, if you and others choose to pretend like they do not exist or matter, or that somehow a public Co vs private holder patent rights are treated determinatively in a major way which influences the outcome, you are free to do so. I have satisfied myself that you have no understanding or knowledge regarding the legal issues and strategies at stake. You should be upfront about that imo.

Nothing personal, keep up the popular postings and good luck in your moderator appointment.

My question to you is: What number of those "reworked patents" are held by publicly traded companies?

Good question.

Good question. It would be nice to know more about this entire process. Kitty, please feel invited to elaborate on this and any other details that may be useful to us, whether they tend in your view to support SOLM's chances of success or otherwise.

The more we drill down into the facts, the better informed we will be.

For instance, Stock Prophet's crystal ball tells him that lawsuits against Toyota take "years" -- which is true.

Solm filed suit on Septemeber 12, 2005. That's three years and counting.
