I am saying your brokerage doesn't know nor care if your stock is real... the deal was btw two market makers who ex-cleared the trade outside of the regulatory body the dtcc...
Your broker is just holding ur stock for you and finds some other broker to do its work for them... Do you know what the word broker means? or do you want me to go into that too?

I'm not sure what the hell is going on with this stock anymore, but NSS definitely is a possibility, since it appears it's rampant in the industry. You can call it a "conspiracy", but it's implicitly sanctioned by the SEC!
