WMI just set a 'come out of bk date' if WMI can not come out of BK by that date becuase of FDIC or JPM ...guess who is going to responsible for it?

Does anyone have the text of the court decision on it? Did the judge uphold the automatic stay of any setoffs by the the IRS, US and etc?
