I didn't hear anything about the 4.4B.....and it's not Judge Walrath that has put off the decision, but WMI, for unknown reasons...I think it's because both JPM and the FDIC are claiming setoff rights against it, but they are NOT making a claim for ownership of it......it is clearly a deposit of WMI's......z
