You seem to think the company is close to bankruptcy, is that right? Does that make the directors also bankrupt, in your opinion? You speak about culpability and misleading, that is interesting, and you are correct about DD on the publicly available information. What makes you think there is culpability?

Sure, there have been many capital raisings, that is a matter of record to an extent, that doesn't necessarily create culpability, and the need to raise money doesn't necessarily make the company bankrupt (unless of course they can't raise the money to cover their liabilities.) So far, the money has been raised. That is one thing they are good at at least. So far, you say. Do you have reason to believe they are bankrupt?

GoQ, you apparently have read what qcrap is saying about bankruptcy. What is your take on that? Your silence is a little conspicuous given the gravity of the statement.

we can continue this conversation. But maybe we should switch emails as I have done with numerous people. I tried to Pm you but you have me blocked. I don't understand why you would do that to me. Let the sellers sell. They were looking for a pop, and missed the good price. As far as the labels and timing, I can assume that any leaks is only making the situation worse. Maybe not though. One thing is for sure, one by one the labels have been coming on board. That is a fact. If warner backs down, we still have a good catalog. Warner have been backing out of a lot of deals, the world goes on without them. If you want to Pm me your' email, then we can stop cluttering this board. I think you are a good guy, just a little angry is all. Warner is just the beginning. we need portability, p2p, mac version, and international distribution deals. If you thought all this was going to happen over night, then you were wrong. I for one have waited a year, 2-6 more months is no skin off my back. I am content with my decision, and no one on this board will convince me other wise. I hope you have learnt a valuable lesson though, because there is no reason why we can't be friends
