First of sirocco2 I am not saying company is bankrupt..just running on fumes all the time..secondly, I know for a fact who has been funding the company and at some point even he will throw in towel..and yes there is culpability for making misleading statements about having deals in place when you in fact don't have them in place..that is called fraud...

sorry..again but i did not go to Canne france and spend 1 million plus of other peoples money to announce a service that was not even operational yet and did not have the agreements in place to legally make it operational..that was our freind AK's descion to make that announcement..not mine..

Bankruptcy is a very strong word and I did not use that once in any of my posts today or at anytime in the past! Again, IMO the recording industry is not going to double down and place it's biggest bet of all time with a company with weak finances and questionable ethics..they will take QTRAX's money though..cause the industry is desperate for cash..again they have no downside by inking these deals..they ink deals all day long with mutilpe companies...for liscensing ect..Some of the posters here act as if QTRAX is the only company in the world they are licensing there cataloges too! not true look the labels websites..they sign deals constatnly...Also, why do you thin AK is out of the office all the time running the globe..he needs money and lots of it..so far he has done a good job keeping it going..but eventually he will run out of powder..even the biggest fans will give up if he does not put some food in the cupboards..and so far it's all conjecture and no meat on the bone..time will tell..he is a great talker, but you need to back up you talk eventually and that is the part he has not done in the 3 years i have been around..by the way, 3 years is a long time to go without producing revenue..it's even longer than that if you count before i stumbling in here..much longer..again i did not put out 8ks saying revenue producing products will be coming shortly...so dont be angry with me..
