Isn't it intesting how the names, faces, and personalities seem to melt together? Why does all the cash end up with the Lloyds, with Berkshire, and with Swiss Re?

You know one of the fastest ways to catch the biggest criminals is to go straight for the bank accounts. Not that De Balzac was right: "Behind every fortune lies a crime," but investigators have a way of following the money.

trenwick america was under chapter 11 bankrupty protection since 2003 and got confirmed in 2005 that separated themselves from TGL, right now TGL has no pending litigations which was a requirement to proceed with closing the RITC and "transaction" last year
